Panic in Gamba as Senior Officer Falls From Building

Sombre mood engulfed the police fraternity in Gamba Tana River county after a senior police officer fell from a storey building and died.
Police officers who were at the scene of the incidence said the officer was seen flying from the house but no further explanation given.
Relatives are yet to come to terms on how a man who leaves alone in a house could just fall.
The deputy OCS Alfred Jillo pronounced the officer dead minutes after he arrived at Malindi hospital.
Police commander Frederick Ochieng, however, said the officer was said to have fallen down from the balcony of the upper apartment.
“Yes its true the officer died upon arrival at Malindi hospital after developing complication at Garsen health centre where he was earlier rushed” he said.
The commander said the body is laying at Malindi District hospital mortuary awaiting for postmortem.
