BREAKING: Aisha Jumwa Ditches UDA

Aisha Jumwa quits UDA, citing humiliation and frustration due to her stand to vie for kilifi Gubernatorial seat in 2027.

Addressing journalists at her Kakuyuni home in malindi, Jumwa said attempt to get her plights addressed by president William Ruto fall on deaf ears and instead of being heard she claimed her pleas were rejected at one time jumwa said she was chased out of state house when president was meeting coast leaders and together with other frustrations that were being displayed within the party she felt that it was time to quit.

Juma emotionally spoke as she shed tears citing that she was one of the founders of the United democratic Alliance (UDA) but now did not have any job of even a sweeper in the current government yet the president wanted her to campaign for his re-election with promises that she will be given a cabinet slot.

She says that soon she will announce her political direction and that she will join another political camp, although she did not specify which political side she will join.

Aisha has also asked the President not to herm her and to let her be free when she takes another political step.

She says that the pressure from Broad Based leaders that they will not field a UDA candidate for the Kilifi Governor seat is what has pushed her to leave the party.
