The constitution of Kenya 2010 was promulgated with one noble objective, to assist and solve rural problems through devolved governments who through public participations listens and prioritized local problems and solve them.
Here at Leiture estate there is a street which becomes impassable when it rained and people have to Walk through foot depth waters until the waters dry by themselves.

Looking at the extreme end of the street there existed a drainage manhole which was blocked and filled with soil since only God knows.
The areas has godowns who store goods for economy of this county and country and I believe they pay taxes to the county and KRA.
There are also water boozers who buy and distribute water to the ever thirsty inhabitants of this county.
One wonders as the people who occupy high rise residential areas continue to suffer while officers continue enjoying the comfort of their seats in offices.

One would also wonder the area where the MCA of this area lives.
This job of raising the water level of this street and opening the drainage cannot take a week in my estimation.
For how long shall Kenyans suffer like this yet this country has one of the highest representation in the world.
