Inuka Makes Land Mark Progress as it Hands Over First Platinum Estate

Inuka Afrika properties have handed over units to about 50 clients to build the first ever gated estate in Bofa area of Kilifi County.

Speaking during the handing over, Inuka Afrika properties sales representative Esther Kibandi said clients had booked their units and had finished payments.

”The clients have already gotten their title deeds and we have brought them together as a community.”

Bofa Platinum Estate sitting on 10 acres of land is destined to be one of Kilifi ’s most prestigious neighbourhood.

According to her they initially bought the piece of land in 2022 and subdivided it to 55 units and then, sold it to the clients.

”We started with an introductory price of sh 2.5 million per unit but it increased 2.9 million that was the currently selling before it was sold out,” she explained.

The representative said that a client was paying a deposit of Ksh1 million and then paid the balance in a 12 months installment.

She stated that over 50 clients would build their maisonettes in the estate with an authorised building structure plan.

She urged investors looking for land purchase in the county to consider investing in them.

”We as a company have defined the process of buying the land. We do publish that we need lands so people come to us a firm to sell to us. We do our due diligence with our legal team by being the legal owners of the land,” she said.

Inuka Afrika properties director Joseph Mbugua says the project has already been fenced.

”This is the first controlled gated community and all the clients will build identical maisonettes and it is on the second row to the beach,” he said.

The director says an acre has already been set aside to build amenities such swimming pools.

Dennis Nyasimi, a resident of Mombasa, is one of the investors.

“We saw the investment potential of the project like building a holiday home. I’m planning to build a residential home.

It will be like our holiday home. I have a family and friends from abroad so if I invest and if they come it will be easy for them to get a holiday home.”
